Farbror Elofs Skafferi

A visit to Farbror Elofs skafferi is a great experience. The most comprehensive larder in Skåne is located on a traditionally-built farm, with the restaurant located in a converted henhouse. The private hotel is situated on the opposite side of the cobbled yard.
The menu takes inspiration from Provence, Italian cuisine and Swedish traditional cooking. Meat and vegetables are supplied by local growers and breeders. Farbror Elofs skafferi also has a function room located in a park near a church which is ideal for weddings.
